things that make the grey days not *quite* so depressing
On a rainy weekend, I’m sharing the things that have been getting me through the winter months so far…
A chocolate breakfast
on a drab, grey, rainy winter morning I’m always open to adding chocolate into breakfast when possible. So recently in an attempt to jazz up my morning porridge I decided to add some Chia seeds (I’m wild like that) into the mix and then kind of ended up making a Chia pudding but with oats, so it was warm which I prefer (I’ve never liked the cold chia pudding) then I cut up some dark chocolate and sprinkled it on top. Genuinely delicious and so fibre rich that it keeps me full for ages.
Recipe is simple: soak the oats and chia for 15-20 mins in a bit of water, then cook with some added milk of choice, then add the dark chocolate once in the bowl.

In the months where you outfit is the coat, I decided to add something new for me: a print! But instead of the coat I opted for the bag to be the focus, so that I can pair it with many of my neutral coats…
